Ordering
Orders can be placed via telephone or email. Please quote your full name and address including post code, telephone number as well as the delivery address if it is different from your home address. Please do not add credit or debit card details to any email order. State which product(s) you wish to purchase and any other questions you may have.
Prices
The price of the goods shall be the price listed on our website on the date of your order. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full, including delivery charges. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes in their own country.
Re-gripping Service
When sending booms to be re-gripped it is the customer's responsibility to ensure adequate delivery insurance and to bear all costs associated with the delivery. You should affix your name and address to the boom along with a contact telephone number. Calling us prior to sending the boom will allow us to give you an indication of expected completion and also confirm payment method.
All booms are to be paid for immediately once re-gripping has been completed. Once a boom has been sent to us this will be confirmation of your agreement with this condition. Any boom that has been re-gripped but not paid for or collected within 1 year will become property of MK Windsurfing.
Payment
We accept cash on collection and can process orders over the telephone. We also accept cheques made payable to 'MK Windsurfing' (orders using cheque methods will take longer to process) DO NOT SEND CASH.
We accept all major credit cards and payment via Paypal.
Due to the nature of the clearing system your credit card payment will be taken at the point of processing. If a problem in supply should occur, we will refund you via the original payment method.
The refund may take a couple of days to show as cleared funds on your account, depending on payment provider.
Cancellation of Order
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any goods purchased on this website for a full refund within 14 days of the original invoice date (does not apply to purchases made in person). You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession and you must ensure that the item is returned to us as originally packed, unused and undamaged. The customer will bear the delivery costs of the return of the goods. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a replacement, repair or refund (full or part) where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described.

Delivery (UK)
Goods are normally despatched within 1-2 working days from the order being made and sent by next working day delivery.
Please ensure that item(s) are inspected when delivered, before item(s) are signed for. A signature is your acceptance of goods being delivered in perfect condition, i.e. please ensure that you are available to accept delivery of the goods as this above applies for any signature received.
Delivery shall be made at the address specified by you at the time of ordering. We will make every effort to deliver within the times specified, but delivery times quoted are approximate only and we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from failure to provide the advertised service because of factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control. We strongly advise that if the goods are required for a specific date you make us aware of this at the time of ordering. Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address.
All products that we send to you are carefully packaged to arrive in good condition and are insured whilst in transit. Before signing for goods always check the packaging for damage. If there is obvious damage request that the goods to be returned to MK Windsurfing and refuse to accept them.
In the case where our designated delivery company have attempted to deliver your order and there is no reply and / or no response to a card left by the courier, the goods will be returned back to their depot where it will be your responsibility to contact the courier to arrange a further convenient delivery date or to make a collection in person. If the products are returned to us due to non-collection or repeated failed delivery then we will refund the cost of the product minus the delivery charges incurred by us.
Delivery (Outside UK Mainland)
For deliveries outside the UK mainland, we will advise you of the charge and estimated delivery time according to destination and size of package at the time of ordering. We endeavour to find the most cost effective method of delivery to ensure customers receive value for money.
Warranty
We offer a 12 month warranty on all our brand new products. However, products that are sold as 'reconditioned' or 'used' will be advertised with a short term individual warranty. PLEASE NOTE:- Warranty cover manufacturing faults and defects ONLY, not damage caused by wear and tear, crashing or abuse. Our terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns
Should the item show possible defects in materials or production processes, we ask you to notify us about this immediately. Please return these faulty goods back to us including a brief note describing the problem for us. The customer will bear the delivery costs of the return of items.
